What framing options are available?

We offer two premium display options:

• Simple-to-Assemble Inner Frame (Default Option)
  This option is included with all standard orders.
  No tools, no hassle — just peel the tape, stretch your canvas over the frame, and stick it down.
  Made from sustainable, kiln-dried wood, this option saves hundreds on shipping and has been successfully used by over 100,000 customers.
  The result? A clean, gallery-style finish without the premium price tag.

• Ready-to-Hang Options
  Prefer your canvas fully assembled and ready to hang on arrival? Choose from:
  – Stretched Canvas (mounted)
  – Framed Floating Canvas (with a black or white outer frame)
  These options are available in our Ready-to-Hang collection.

Can I order a custom canvas using my own image?

​

Yes! We love custom work. Just email your image, preferred size, and framing preference to support@canvas-castle.com, and we’ll send you a quote and payment link.

Can I get a frame for a giant print?

​

Absolutely. For oversized prints (typically over 47"/120cm) that don’t have a listed frame option, we offer made-to-order simple-to-assemble frames by request. 

Due to high demand, these are quoted individually.

Can I get a frame for a regular size print?

Of course. Whether you purchased with us or another company, we can make the perfect frame for your art, just contact the support@canvas-castle.com team

Do unframed canvases include a border for framing?

​

Yes. Every unframed canvas includes a 1.2" (3cm) mirrored edge border, so your image wraps cleanly around the frame with no blank sides.

Where do you ship to, and how long does it take?

​

We offer free worldwide shipping on every order using trusted couriers like FedEx and DHL.

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive full tracking once your order ships.

What is the quality of your canvases like?

​

We use a premium cotton/polyester blend, printed with fade-resistant, waterproof ink for rich color, sharp detail, and long-term durability.

Do I really receive a free canvas with each order?

​

Yes! Every order (excluding Ready to hang and Art Tee orders) includes a complimentary mystery canvas — a surprise design from our private collection, gifted as a bonus piece to elevate your space.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

​

While this is extremely rare, we’ve got you covered.
Just send a photo of the issue to support@canvas-castle.com, and we’ll ship a replacement immediately — no questions asked.

Do you offer bulk or business orders?
